Kenna Disability Support and Living Center Launches to Serve Children with Disabilities

In September 2025, Kenna for Kids with Disabilities launched the Kenna Disability Support and Living Center, welcoming 10 children (4 girls and 6 boys) from disadvantaged families and diverse backgrounds. The center provides holistic care, including daily living support, therapeutic services, and personalized learning activities. Children receive nutritious meals, emotional support, and guidance tailored to their individual needs. The center offers a safe, nurturing environment where each child can grow, learn, and develop essential life skills. Its goal is to empower children with disabilities to live with dignity, confidence, and improved well-being.

Our dedicated team—including caregivers, cooks, cleaners, and a center coordinator—works together to ensure that every child receives consistent, quality care in a safe and nurturing environment. The caregivers support the children with daily routines, personal assistance, and emotional comfort, while the cooks prepare nutritious meals that meet each child’s needs. Cleaners maintain a hygienic and child-friendly setting, and the coordinator oversees all activities to ensure smooth operation and effective communication with families and partners.

Volunteers have been mobilized, and several corporate partners have already pledged support, strengthening the foundation of the center’s work. Despite this progress, the center—being newly established—still requires additional resources to operate effectively. The most pressing needs include daily meals for the children, educational materials to support their learning, and essential supplies such as clothing, hygiene items, and therapeutic tools.
